In the garden room you may dine amidst green plants and a restful atmosphere. The wine cellar offers a kachelofen (traditional ceramic wood stove), European wine barrels and soothing candlelight. The green room is delightfully whimsical, with electric artwork, comfortable benches, and beautifully appointed tables.
Our well trained chef presides over Chalet Fondue’s kitchen, and excels when it comes to daily specials; such as, fresh trout, grilled tuna steak, halibut, flounder, mahi mahi, and the list goes on. His innovative recipes make rack of lamb or veal shank something to write home about.
